Nicole Wong

Nutritionist & Head of Nutrition

Nicole is passionate about food and nutrition. She wants her clients to learn how to enjoy food but manage to stay in a sustainable healthy lifestyle. After gaining experience in providing nutritional consultations to clients for about 4 years, she pursued her dream to complete a patisserie diploma at Le Cordon Bleu London as she enjoyed baking so much. She believes that everyone can have a balance between food and health.

Nicole’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to: weight management, improved medical conditions e.g. hyperlipidemia, hypertension, nutrition for pregnancy and lactation, nutrition for a healthy lifestyle, dine-out strategies, healthy home-cooking, recipe development, and nutrition education.
